The Idea behind the ad "Hum To Anything Karega"

Happened to see this ad. It shows a small and happy family out on a picnic (?), - i suppose that is what it seems like- in their new Ford car. The children in the backseat are singing a Hindi rhyme or song. The car reaches a kind of river with a wooden bridge which is closed.
The wife asks the husband "What do we do now?".
The husband, who seems to be a cheerful character, steps out of the car looking for something to cross the river. He sees an elderly gentleman angling, seated on a rickety wooden raft/floating jetty, moored to the river bank. This cheerful looking husband/father, sneaks his car on to the raft/jetty and cuts it loose off the moorings, rows across and gets to the other side of the river. All this while the theme song of the ad, "Hum To Anything Karega !", can be heard in the background. As the family dirves away in their car, the angler gets a bite and displays uncharacteristic animation.

The message that comes across is this :-

I will do anything to get what i want.
Does not matter what my children learn from my actions.
Iam not bothered by the inconvinience my actions may cause to others or the surroundings.
If anyone happens to get caught in the course of my actions, it could turn out good for him/her, but there is no gaurentee on that. They are in for a free ride, whether they like it or not.

Now, where is the car in this ad ? And if the car does get noticed, would you buy from a company which approves ads, which care little or not at all for basic social nicities, manners, morals and impact on children ?
